When will my items arrive?
Take Down Tobacco t-shirts and hodies will ship the week of the March 28 and should arrive by April 1 in most locations in the contiental US (based on standard USPS shipping times). For some items, such playing cards and tumblers, items may not arrive until after April 1. See each item for production details.
The website won’t allow me to move forward with my order, why is the proceed button not clickable?

My address is not being recognized on your system, it says it is not existent, what should I do?
Please check if all the fields are filled out correctly, country, state, city & zipcode. If all is as it should be, please contact us via email for assistance.
Can I change my order?
Since we want to ship the orders as soon as they are placed and ready, we don't allow for changes. Contact us in the next 24 hours of an order being placed to see if we can update it for you.

How do I return my items?
We only accept returns for items that we mis-ship. If that happens please email us.
